The 7th studio track from The Cat Magic takes diverse influences from Prince to Supertramp to The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Intriguingly dark yet punchy, Just The Way marks a new chapter for Bristol’s latest dream pop outfit as a bolder and more refined step.

Alternating themes of conflict, unease and the sincere surrender to reconciliation and togetherness are slapped around a fairground of crunchy phase guitars, plinky piano stabs and a rhythm section that demands you get up and move.

Recorded at Sion Hill and HUMM Studios in Bristol over the first half of 2020, Just The Way will be available on all major streaming platforms on the 17th of July.
